The Cumbria Poems (2020)
I have spent so much of my leisure time over the years travelling around and more interestingly walking in this most spectacular of Counties. My grandmother hailed from Cumbria, so I have always felt strongly linked to the area.
As I poet, I could hardly fail to be inspired by this county; incredible poetry having already been written by so many giant legends of the literary world, who also found their inspiration right here.
My hope is this book does justice to the beauty and diversity of the Cumbrian landscape, its heritage and above all the legacy of its people.
