The Merseyside Poems (2020)
These tales have been inspired and written about places I have visited in evocative Merseyside and the people I encountered along the way. Some of these are people I have met, others from the past brought to life once again through the power of words. I sought to do justice to the uniqueness of Merseyside and during the composing of this collection my sense of humour was never too far away – I think it must be imprinted in the DNA of the region!
